Making A Purchase
Puchasing your kitchen appliance couldn't be easier! Just browse our Catalogue and add any items you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out", at the top of the page. You will then be asked for the details we need to complete your order.
If you have selected more of an item than you require return to the catalogue and from the menu bar at the top click on 'Shopping Cart'. Here you will be able to amend the quantities.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Delta. On placement of the order, full payment will be taken for the appliances and an order confirmation will be E-mailed back to confirm the transaction has taken place.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery to mainland England & Wales is Free, a cost and availability will be advised for other deliveries which fall within the UK. Please note we do not deliver to Europe or Ireland, due to high delivery costs.
The cost of the appliance does not include fitting, unless specified, ie. Smeg FA560 American fridge freezer.

Delivery Schedule
Appliances which are in stock are normally delivered within 5-10 working days. After we have received your order we send you an email with our first available delivery date and subsequent dates should that not be suitable. Delivery will take place any time between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays).
COMPANYNAME] reserves the right to decline deliveries which are not to the registered card holders address.
Appliances U Want Ltd is not liable for delays in performance (incl. delivery or service) caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and will be entitled to a time extension for performance: examples include strikes, supplier/production problems, non deliveries and wrong delivery. We disclaim any responsiblity for any injuries or resulting financial loss for accidents relating to this order.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, and a refund can be issued.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted by World Pay to process payment. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All appliances come with a full manufacturer's warranty, which is usually 1 year parts and labour unless otherwise stated.

Returns Policy
As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receipt and receive a refund of the price paid. To do this you must give us notice in writing, either by letter or email and return the goods within 30 days of notifying us.
The appliances must be returned in the same condition as you received them and at your own cost and risk. Any statutory rights are unaffected by this agreement.
NB Granite Sinks
When receiving these always sign as unchecked we will not be able to offer any refund if you sign to say the package is in good condition. Also inspect these thoroughly on arrival as damages reported after 24hr will not be refunded.
NB Special Orders
If a product is a special order you will be contacted by email and advised again that the product can not be cancelled once ordered.
