Falcon's professional performance has now been incorporated into the new 1092 Deluxe CT, which is based on the 1092 Deluxe with a French cooktop. The French cooktop allows you to use several saucepan's at the same time, making use of all the surface area of the plate, as the heat intensity decreases as you move outwards from the centre.
